1、医用门扇骨架选用冷轧方钢管及角钢、扁钢等型材。医院气密门门体设计采用经表面喷塑的大平面不锈钢板材、铝塑板、PVC钢板或防火板，装有密封条，符合医院使用的卫生要求，门体可有多个颜色选择。一般医用门型医用门扇面板选用1.2mm厚压型钢板。保温医用门型医用门扇面材料选用金属绝热材料夹芯板。

　　2、医用门扇骨架一概选用电弧焊接，焊条选用E4303，焊缝除注明者外均选用连续（Continuity)焊接，不得有未熔化、未焊透、气孔、裂纹烧穿等焊接缺陷。

　　4、平开医用门骨架加工制作经查验合格后再铺设面板。一般医用门型医用门扇面钢板可选用点焊、铆接(方法:使多个零件相连接的方法)或螺钉联接。钢板之间拼缝处应搭接后表里更换断续点焊或铆接。加工完后应涂防锈漆(Antirust paint)一道再涂面漆。保温医用门型骨架焊好后涂一道防锈漆，按骨架规范加工切开金属绝热材料夹芯板，将夹芯板嵌入（to insert）医用门扇骨架中，一体钻孔铆接或螺钉联接。
